What started out as a bedtime story for my granddaughter RaiLee, has now become a storybook that we want to share with you. “Tell Me A Story Oma Sue About Three Frogs” is the first in a series of books featuring the adventures of three best frog friends forever (BFFF’s). Proceeds from the sale of the books will be used to fund a special needs trust for my youngest granddaughter Gracyn, who has muscular dystrophy. Thank you for visiting Oma Publishing. Who will be the first to build a raft that will achieve this goal and win the repurposing challenge?

"Tell Me A Story Oma Sue About Three Frogs Swept Away" is a story about three little frogs; Hops, Green, and Fredericka who are swept from their pond home on a raft they had made from repurposed littered items. The flash flood carries them to a distant place where they encounter a strange beast. The frogs wonder if they will find their way back home, but first they must solve a tricky problem...

Art PrintAnthony Deon Brown, a Fremont artist, worked with me to develop the characters for “Tell Me A Story Oma Sue About Three Frogs”. Fredericka (Freddy) was the first character that Anthony experimented with and developed for the series. Fredericka is the heroine of this story. She is a smart little frog but more importantly she is thoughtful. She takes the time to think things through. She gets the facts and comes up with a plan. Next, she carries out the plan and includes her friends. “Though she be but Little, she is Fierce.”
